1. Get in touch using the contact box on my website. If you’d like more information I can send you my pet portrait brochure before you decide.
2. Choose your portrait. Once you’re ready let me know your chosen size and I’ll check availability for your preferred month.
3. Secure your slot. A payment link will be sent directly and securely once you have booked your chosen month. Your 50% deposit confirms your booking. Your remaining balance plus P&P is collected before your portrait is sent.
4. Tell me about your pet. You’ll receive a short questionnaire so I can get to know your pet properly before I begin - Not sure which photo to use? I’ll guide you through choosing the perfect reference photo.
5. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know when your portrait is on its way — gift wrapped and sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery.

PAYMENT PLANS
A pet portrait is something meaningful — and I want commissioning one to feel as easy and comfortable as possible.
To secure your commission a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Your remaining balance plus P&P will be collected before your portrait is dispatched.

You will receive confirmation once payment has been made.
MOUNTS & FRAMES
If you’d like your portrait professionally mounted or framed, I recommend eFrame.co.uk, who create beautiful bespoke frames and mounts to complement your portrait.
