Payments
Payment can be made via card or PayPal.
Commissions are secured once payment (or deposit) has been received.

 

Shipping
Finished portraits are carefully packaged and sent via Royal Mail.
UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

 

Cancellations & Refunds
Because portraits are personalised and made to order, cancellations or returns are not accepted once work has begun.

 

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your commission slot.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours so I can resolve the issue.
